About Sarina

Sarina moved from China to Canada in 2001 and fell in love with real estate while searching for a home of her own in Vancouver. She earned her license in 2006 and hasn’t looked back since. Drawing on an outstanding work ethic and extensive connections across Asia, she specializes in serving an international clientele — earning the MLS Medallion Club Top 10% Award every year from 2009 to 2020.

In 2015, she purchased a Belmont Avenue home for a buyer at $51,800,000 — still the regional record for a residential sale — and in 2016 sold another exceptional Belmont property at $29,800,000. Today she represents one of First Shaughnessy’s finest homes, asking $35,800,000, while averaging close to $100 million in annual volume.

Away from the negotiating table, Sarina is deeply involved in her community, supporting organizations such as the local Children’s Hospital and earning honours for her volunteer contribution and charitable giving.
